The Challenges

How Your Organisation Can Make a Difference

Workplaces are often unprepared when staff face incurable illness, bereavement or caring responsibilities. The result is lost talent, uncertainty for managers, and colleagues left unsure how to respond.

With RSF Workplace Training, your organisation can be ready to respond – and build a compassionate culture that supports every employee.

Our Response

Creating Compassionate Workplaces

The Ruth Strauss Foundation supports families facing any incurable cancer. This training builds on that expertise but extends more broadly – ensuring it is suitable for all incurable illnesses, for those caring for someone with an incurable illness, and for those facing bereavement.

RSF Workplace Training is developed with the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). It is expert-designed, evidence-based and shaped by lived experience.
